We’re looking for a Client Associate to:
• keep management systems up to date with client
information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• assist with resolving client issues, questions, and
requests related to their accounts
• help with the preparation of reports and other
materials for client meetings
• perform all tasks related to Client Operations
(account opening and maintenance, funds
distribution, etc.)
• participate in team projects and meetings
• complete firm-initiated projects

Your team

You’ll be working with a wealth management team in Raleigh, NC. As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play an important role in the client experience.

Your expertise

• ideally 2 years of experience in client service,
within the financial services sector
• bachelor’s degree preferred
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• proactive and organized
• detail oriented and value accuracy
• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred, not required
• proficient in Microsoft Office suite
