We’re looking for a Director, Global Banking Job Title to:
• Build financial models and valuations for companies in different types of industries across Latin America covering equity and equity linked products.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients by understanding needs and providing solutions.
• Develop new creative ideas and solutions to client needs and identify cross- product opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within investment banking products and industries.
• Prepare client presentations for pitches, marketing materials and live transactions.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience as an Associate Director, Analyst, Junior Analyst / Intern, Corporate Sales and Derivatives Trainee or a related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field of study and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 years of experience as an Associate Director, Analyst, Junior Analyst / Intern, Corporate Sales and Derivatives Trainee or a related occupation in lieu of Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Bloomberg tools; Financial modeling tools such as discounted cash flows, precedent transactions and comparable companies analysis; Experience working with Latin American issuers on equity deals such as IPOs, follow-ons and equity-linked products;
• Leading the execution of equity transactions and managing coordination between company, legal counsel, and auditors teams; Execution of deals on the Sao Paulo Stock Exchange and Mexican Stock Exchange; Execution of ADRs, cross-listings, and SEC registered transactions;
• Valuation metrics; FactSet; Eikon; S&P;
• Dealogic programs. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Salary information
