Your role

We're looking for a people leader with these qualities who can:



Design the core domain services: Define and document the core domain services required for account maintenance, product updates, balance services, payments rails – Check, Cards, Bill Pay, and any other essential functionalities.

Consider the needs of the BUSA product set and the specific requirements of the project. Build the core domain services: Develop the necessary Technological components, API design and modules to implement the core domain services.

Use best practices and appropriate technologies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance. Integrate the core domain services: Integrate the built core domain services with EISL-KAFKA streaming services. Ensure proper communication and data exchange between the services and BFP, IDS for downstream applications to consume the processing info from TM.

Test the core domain services: Conduct rigorous testing of the core domain services to verify their functionality, performance, and compliance with the defined requirements. Implement unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure quality and reliability. Deploy the core domain services: Prepare the necessary deployment packages and configurations for the production environment.

Monitor and support: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and availability of the deploy core domain services.

Throughout the process, maintained effective communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, such as the technical crew leads, Risk and Regulatory Reporting crew, MM crew, and any other teams involved in the project.

Regularly review and iterate on the roadmap to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Provide thought-leadership and rigorously prioritize opportunities and resources for roadmap planning and implementation, while managing aggressive time frames

You’ll be joining the Digital Strategy and Platforms (DS&P) team in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.

Your expertise

You have:
-experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert responsible for leading business change/transformation initiatives
-the ability to manage end to end projects throughout agile methodology
-the ability to demonstrate positive initiative and leadership
-experience in Core Banking systems & surrounding integrations
-experience with digital strategies and IT platforms
-strong Agile, DevOps tool expertise
-the ability to gather, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources to gain consensus on proposed process change/transformation
-the ability to design integration patterns, API & Events
-an understanding of Wealth Management and Banking products and services
-strong project organization skills and attention to detail
-proven problem solving as well as decision making skills
-excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences
