Your role
Are you an excellent communicator? Are you detail oriented, analytical, organized and passionate about the financial markets? Are you a performance driven individual? We’re looking for someone with derivatives and structured products experience who can:
• work within UBS’s Structured Products Origination team and collaborate with consulting/specialist sales teams, structuring teams, distribution teams, derivatives traders, and internal control and operational functions to develop and originate structured investment strategies for UBS Wealth Management's Ultra, High Net Worth and institutional clients.
• develop, price and offer cross asset structured products, provide technical expertise and analysis on derivative strategies and market impacts, and assist in business development initiatives, including platform and digital enhancements, each with respect to Global Wealth Management Americas.
• follow and manage to regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, controls, procedures and guidelines.
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Origination team within UBS Investment Bank’s Unified Global Markets Structured Products Americas group based in UBS’s US headquarters in New York City. As part of the Origination team, you will structure, develop, price and provide technical support for structured investment strategies (notes, CDs, warrants, etc.) designed for Global Wealth Management's U/HNW and institutional clients. To accomplish this, you will collaborate within the Firm, including with the SP Distribution team, UBS structuring / sales / traders, and internal control functions and operations groups..
Your expertise
• a degree from a highly accredited university with a degree in business administration, management, finance, economics or engineering
• ideally 5 to 8 years' experience in a Structured Products, Derivatives function, with a strong working knowledge of Equity and FX / Rates / Commodities / Credit derivatives
• strong verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills
• adept in Microsoft Office and developing/using pricing models from related tools or applications
• Series 7 and 66
