We’re looking for an Associate Director, Global Banking to:
• Provide key analytical support in idea origination efforts and transaction execution, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, and execution of equity and debt capital markets transactions.
• Develop pitch book presentations and related client materials.
• Create financial models and tool sets for valuation analysis.
• Research key industry and business trends.
• Responsible for transaction execution and ongoing interactions with clients.
• Cover a broad portfolio of industrial segments, including capital goods, transportation, industrial services, aerospace, and defense, and building products.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in business administration, management science & quantitative methods, finance, accounting, or a related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience as a senior commercial coordinator, junior commercial analyst, or a related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
• The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in business administration, management science & quantitative methods, finance, accounting, or a related field of study and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience as a senior commercial coordinator, junior commercial analyst, or a related occupation in lieu of Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Client facing experience, including C-suite engagement, to develop strategic roadmaps, support origination and drive execution; financial modeling and quantitative skills including DCF;
• Development of client discussion materials such as presentations and memos; knowledge of Industrials sector and sub-sectors; Market Research and Development of Reports;
• Customer mapping and development; customer relationship management;
• Contract and legal engagement terms negotiation and monitoring.

Salary information
US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $275,000 to $285,000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
