In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our technology teams and business stakeholders. You will analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of projects that drive business growth and efficiency.

• collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
• conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, procedures, and applications, and identify areas for improvements
• develop and document detailed functional specifications for new solutions and enhancements, with a focus on accelerating AI capabilities within the firm
• work closely with the development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
• perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• create and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate project progress and outcomes
• stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology, especially AI implementation

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-focused role
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• experience with project management software and collaboration tools, especially in a Microsoft environment
• knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• experience with data analytics tools
• familiarity with cloud-based solutions and enterprise systems
• understanding of AI implementation and user enablement
