Your role

Are you risk aware? Are you interested in Legal Documentation and trade processing? Do you know how to work well within a team to deliver excellent client service? Are you skilled in resolving issues? If yes, we are looking for a Confirmations specialist to:

•support day to day processing of OTC Confirmations tasks for Global Synthetic Equities and Global Equity Derivatives, amongst others.
•understand the impact of technology and how it can aid in improving process efficiencies.
•propose and implement changes to existing processes, practices and ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•actively participate in Digital Ops meetings globally, ensuring clear communication on improvement opportunities with tactical and strategic solutions highlighted and progressed to implementation via the relevant Digital and automation programs.
•assist in first line business testing on key Confirmations controls via the semi-annual ICAP process.
•ensure Business stakeholders know their up-to-date Confirmations Risk on a daily basis.
•handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with UBS policy.
•maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely resolution of outstanding Confirmations and risk mitigation for UBS

Your team

You will be working in the OTC Confirmations team in Nashville, Tennessee.
The team is responsible for Confirmations Drafting and Matching, Control oversight, Risk Mitigation and Client-centric tasks.
