Your role

Are you an experienced financial services professional with a passion for training and developing talent? Do you enjoy creating and delivering service-related and technical training content? Do you want to play a key role in elevating field talent and service standards across UBS?

We’re looking for a Learning Coordinator to:

• be responsible for service talent strategy development
• design, deliver and maintain service training programs
• lead and collaborate with local stakeholders to support training, development and performance processes
• train new hires on role specific service procedures and processes
• gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
• inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Field Service Training Team in Nashville, TN as part of Teaming and Talent Development. We provide field service training to our Team Associates and OAS Populations through design, delivery and administration of development and role specific courses focused on driving cultural change which benefits all divisions and functions of UBS. As a Learning Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in the development of our field service talent

Your expertise

• ideally ten years of financial services experience; 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses preferred
• good understanding of operational processes, preferably within the financial services industry
• skilled in providing constructive feedback and leading small groups through training exercises
• experienced in developing and delivering training content virtually and in-person
• ability to solicit and apply regular feedback to improve curriculum development and delivery
• able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
•experienced in client service excellence as a Team Associate, Field Leader and/or Financial Advisor
• strong analytical, communication and facilitation (workshops) skills
