Your role
The Settlement Solutions Group of UBS at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY, is looking for a Structured Settlement Administrator / Case Manager. This person will be responsible for:
- Generating, reviewing and confirming the accuracy of structured settlement client proposals;
- Reviewing and coordinating all settlement documents, including, QARs, QARPs, SARs, Trusts and Court Orders;
- Coordinating interrelated activities amongst clients, attorneys, life companies, and financial consultants;
- Maintaining databases regarding open cases, funding deadlines, final contracts and providing daily status updates to the team;
- Assisting in other operational capacities as needed;
- Ability to thrive in a highly regulated corporate environment that demands full compliance with policies and procedures.

• New York: the salary range for this role is $70000 to $80000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. You’ll be working with The Settlement Solutions Group team in the New York City office. As a Structured Settlement Administrator / Case Manager you will play an important role in working with a professional and highly respected team.
Your expertise
• A minimum of 5 years recent work experience as Structured Settlement Administrator / Case Manager
• Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proficient in Quote in the Box (QIB) and other quoting software a must
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory
• Life Insurance Licensed required
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Able to Multi-task and be proactive
• Ability to thrive in a highly regulated corporate environment that demands full compliance with policies and procedures.
• Positive demeanor in high stress environment
