Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker?
We’re looking for a Trade & Processing Specialist to:
• Directly support and process the day-to-day trade related operations for all branches across the field.
• Have extensive knowledge of all products and account types, as well as a high level of attention to detail and preparedness.
• Process daily controls and reconciliation projects, handle field and desk inquiries and submissions related to manual order entry, trade errors and adjustments, report filing and gain/loss reporting.
• Provide support within the Trade Processing Team members - creating strong partnerships, as well as cultivating relationships within the Team and Field FA Teams
• Maintaining risk awareness and regulatory knowledge at all times is crucial to the role
• High learning curve is expected with training estimated to be approximately one year to reach full potential and working capacity. Extensive product and processing knowledge is required to succeed in the role.

Your team
You’ll be working with a team based in Nashville, TN, along with a subset group in Lincoln Harbor, NJ, within the Chief Operations Office, where we provide operational support and solutions based on Firm policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. Our Team delivers a fully integrated set of skills and services specifically designed to address the needs and concerns of FA Teams within the Field.
Your expertise
• Ideally 3+ years of experience in operational service, within the finance sector
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
