Key competencies and responsibilities include:

• Partner with Financial Advisors and Senior Wealth Management Bankers to provide clients with advice and guidance regarding our full suite of Deposits and Cash Management Solutions.
• Build Deposits and Cash Management Solution awareness and understanding among Financial Advisors (FAs), Support Professionals as well as local and regional field management. This will include the clear and effective articulation of the cash management solutions value proposition.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to profile their client base, identify and analyze business opportunities and succeed in growing adoption of cash management
• Build FA Engagement by maintaining a pipeline of cash management opportunities around cash management product balance and revenue. This includes leveraging opportunity lists (e.g., money in motion/liquidity events, wires/external funds transfer to other financial institutions or card issuers), educating and supporting the branches, and other analytics.
• Establish a reputation of client focus and executional excellence. Build trust with FAs to collaborate in fully developing cash management services and deposit opportunities with their clients
• Act as the subject matter expert for all FA and Branch staff inquires on Cash Management and Deposit Solutions
• Work with and communicate effectively with Field/Branch management, Financial Advisors, Branch Service staff and Product partners.
• Partner with FA to incorporate cash management into client onboarding and client review processes.

You will be part of the UBS Wealth Management USA Banking Field Engagement team, partnering closely with other DCMS, SWMS, home office and Field team.

Your expertise

You have:
• a university degree or equivalent experience (3 years)
• expertise in bank products, card products and cash management services
• be able to provide product, training, and sales support to Financial Advisors, Support Professionals and members of field management.
• a proven track record in the financial services industry (ideally in wealth management) supporting high net worth clients
• series 7 and 66 FINRA licenses not required but preferred
• the ability to handle multiple projects and manage priorities
• a familiarity with securities-backed lending, mortgage banking and private banking products a plus
• a pro-active attitude (you are always brimming with ideas)

• an excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• a confident decision-maker and problem solver
• incredibly organized with an eye for detail
