We’re looking for an Assistant Market Executive to:

• act as a deputy to the Market Executive in the daily management of the Market
• develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs
• run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
• when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
• assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning
• serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities

• Newport Beach: the salary range for this role is $157,000 to $205,000.

We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You’ll play an important role working with the Management team along with all our Financial Advisors and staff.

Your expertise

• ideally 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution
• proven leadership experience
• series 7, 66, and 9/10 and insurance license
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)
