Your role

We're looking for someone with these qualities who can:

• help develop and implement client-focused processes and enhancements through program and business analysis
• write detailed business requirements, engage on functional design for new Portfolio Performance & Reporting platform, and enhancements to existing systems
• learn new complex concepts quickly to develop detailed knowledge of performance reporting
• drive quality deliverables and manage to aggressive timelines, managing multiple concurrent priorities and projects
• represent the needs of the FAs/TAs/client within the stakeholder community – always anchoring features and functionalities to the user perspective and experience
• collaborate with leads across Business, Platform & Technology counterparts, building strong relationships across the firm and have strong internal team and vendor management capabilities
• participate in testing cycles and support release activities
• provide input around how to maximize the platform experience and capabilities that should be introduced
• manage products through product development lifecycle ensuring proper alignments and approvals are obtained from Legal and Compliance
• be a member of a high performing team and drive successful implementation of programs
• experience in Agile methodology and knowledge of Agile software lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Gitlab

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $85000 to $120000

Your team

You’ll be joining the Digital team focused on Portfolio & Performance Reporting, working with experts across product, technology and operations. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused wholesome product through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.

Your expertise

• a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• ideally 5+ years’ experience working in financial services - wealth management, private banks or asset management
• knowledge of investment performance measurement, and experience with client reporting, is preferred
• strong understanding of Wealth Management including the Advisory products and services.
• strong project organization skills and attention to detail
• proven problem solving as well as decision making skills
• excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences
• outstanding analytical capability and the ability to synthesize findings
