You will:
• educate Financial Advisors and their staff regarding performance reporting, calculations, and performance concepts relative to client reporting requests
• work directly with financial advisors to develop and onboard new custom client reporting for their Wealth Management clients
• partner with supervisory teams to ensure new custom report templates adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies
• manage the workflow of new report requests from initiation to implementation by production team
• respond to requests for high value ad hoc reporting required
• identify opportunities to enhance standard reporting tools based on demand from Financial Advisors and Clients

Your team

You’ll be joining the Wealth Management U.S. Portfolio and Performance Reporting team. We provide support to client advisors in the creation of over 8 million client standard performance reports produced annually. The individual will work closely with the offshore Custom Reporting desk who produce custom reports for High Net Worth clients, as well as Product managers who maintain the UBS Performance Reporting platforms. This a new team designed to manage the onboarding of new custom report requests, as well as to migrate existing reports from Branch offices to the centralized Custom Reporting desk.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• ideally 5+ years’ experience working in financial services - wealth management, private banks or asset management
• knowledge of financial markets and products; client reporting knowledge is a plus
• previous leadership experience leading teams
• strong project organization skills and attention to detail
• proven problem solving as well as decision making skills
• excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences
• outstanding analytical capability and the ability to synthesize findings
