We’re looking for someone like this to join our OCIO team focused on Endowments, Foundations, and Family Offices who can:
- Serve as a key member of the discretionary Portfolio Management Team for OCIO clients
- Manage and implement multi-asset class portfolios, including asset allocation, manager selection, and risk oversight
Define workflows and models for rebalancing, trading, liquidation, subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls
-Direct trades, monitor drift and rebalancing thresholds, and conformance to IPS guidelines
- Conduct client discovery, draft investment policy statements (IPS), and deliver quarterly performance reporting
- Define performance reporting and attribution templates and process to ensure consistency and transparency across client portfolios
- Work with other members of the investment team to define trades and transactions based on CIO views and committee decisions
- Partner with internal advisors and consultants to win new mandates and raise assets
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Investment Office, Risk, Legal, Operations, Reporting, Technology) to ensure seamless portfolio implementation and servicing
- Support onboarding, trading, rebalancing, and client cash flow management
- Contribute to the development of institutional-quality content (e.g., white papers, RFP responses, portfolio proposals)
- Maintain a deep understanding of global capital markets and investment vehicles, fluency across all asset classes, including alternative investments
- Demonstrate fluency across all asset classes, including traditional and alternative investments

Your team

You’ll be working in the OCIO team within the Portfolio Strategy business of Global Wealth Management, based in Weehawken. This team delivers discretionary portfolio management to institutional and private clients, including endowments, foundations, and family offices. You’ll collaborate closely with Financial Advisors, the OCIO Team, Portfolio Advisory Group, and internal product and operations teams to deliver customized investment solutions and exceptional client service.

Your expertise

- ideally 8+ years of experience managing or advising institutional portfolios, preferably for endowments, foundations, and family offices
- Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, manager selection, and risk management
- Experience with investment platforms and vehicles including mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, SMAs, and alternative investments
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with investment policy development, performance reporting, and client onboarding
- FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- ideally Bachelor’s degree; CFA or CAIA preferred
