We’re looking for someone like this to join our OCIO Strategy & Delivery team who can:
- Lead the execution of the OCIO platform buildout, coordinating across Investment Teams, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology
- Provide strategic project support across priority initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability across multiple workstreams
- Translate strategic goals into actionable workplans, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of key milestones
- Deliver clear, executive-level updates to senior stakeholders, translating complex project updates into actionable insights
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to foster alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Build and maintain a structured and well-documented project inventory for OCIO-related initiatives
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Advisory, and Product Specialists to ensure the OCIO platform meets client and advisor needs
- Support client onboarding and contract execution flows, including documentation, education, and business development for discretionary clients
- Define and refine workflows for the entire client journey including account opening, investment, rebalancing, risk analysis, and reporting
- Partner with Technology and 3rd party vendor teams to define business requirements, oversee delivery of digital tools and infrastructure, and ensure platform alignment
- Manage technology-related workstreams, including vendor coordination, testing, and implementation of OCIO-specific systems and enhancements

Your team
You’ll be working in the OCIO team within the Global Investment Management business, based in Weehawken. The team is responsible for designing and delivering UBS’s fully discretionary OCIO investment services to institutional and UHNW clients. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Wealth Management to realize, enhance and extend the OCIO vision.
Your expertise
- ideally 6–10 years of experience in program or project management within wealth management or asset management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex issues and data into practical solutions
- Proven experience managing technology-related initiatives, including defining business requirements and overseeing delivery of digital tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build compelling presentations and manage data-driven reporting
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with change management methodologies, strategic planning, and governance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Advisory and Discretion business preferred
- ideally Bachelor’s degree
