Your role
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to serve as the main point of contact for top-tier clients, managing all service and operational needs. This client-facing role is critical to ensuring a seamless experience through proactive communication, accurate processing, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for a subset of clients
• Handle all aspects of client onboarding and ongoing operational service calls
• Process account operations and maintenance, including support with online services
• Manage client cash requests (checks, ACHs, journals, wires)
• Coordinate 401(k)/403(b) rollovers
• Track tax-season related items
• Process managed accounts
• Handle estate plan paperwork, deceased and divorced client account processing
• Manage loan setup, maintenance, and payoffs
• Assist with annual/seasonal tasks and related projects
