• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities, and assist in conversations to better understand their goals
• Oversee all aspects of client onboarding, account maintenance, client meetings and service requests
• Manage multiple priorities with precision and confidentiality
• Coordinate and collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency

Your team
You’ll be working with a Wealth Management team in the Henderson, NV office. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals. As a Registered Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in the client experience.
Your expertise
• Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in client service, administration, or operations within the finance sector
• Bachelor’s degree, focusing on finance, business, or a related concentration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to find solutions for clients and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (and you know how to handle challenging situations)
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically - balancing big-picture vision with daily operations
