Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Electronic Trading Sales Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of electronic trading platforms and financial markets. As a key member of our sales trading team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with institutional clients, promoting our electronic trading solutions, and driving revenue growth.
We’re looking for someone like that who can:
•develop client relationships, providing clients with execution consultancy, transaction cost analysis, market structure expertise and deep product knowledge to help them navigate our execution offering effectively
•effectively manage and monitor client orders in equities executed via the electronic trading platform
• identify issues affecting client orders and mitigate risk
• understand client's execution objectives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal usage and configuration of the electronic execution offering
• follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, limits and guidelines
• stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• provide feedback to management on market dynamics, client requirements, and product enhancements.

• New York: the salary range for this role is $215000 to $245000

You’ll be working in the Electronic Trading team in New York. Our role is to provide institutional clients with superior electronic execution capabilities, state of the art technology and unparalleled access to quality global liquidity to help them achieve their execution objectives effectively. We provide proactive insights and expertise to clients to help them source liquidity, manage their trading costs and leverage our electronic trading expertise.

Your expertise

• bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• proven track record of success in electronic trading sales or a related role within the financial services industry.
• strong understanding of electronic trading platforms, order routing protocols, and market connectivity.
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
• demonstrated ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and formulate effective sales strategies.
• highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• series 7 and 63 licenses.
