We're looking for someone with these qualities who can:
• Support and enhance UBS financial planning digital experiences by analyzing, defining, and prioritizing capabilities for key applications across UBS platforms
• Work in an agile environment in close coordination with business partners, designers, vendors, and developers
• Represent the end client and business stakeholder needs – coordinate requirement gathering for financial advisor experiences
• Provide day-to-day support and on-going project status tracking

You’ll be joining the team in Weehawken, NJ in the Field and Operational Platforms (F&OP) stream which is charged with building a scalable operating model that enables FA and teams to dedicate more time to clients and reduce costs. Our Initiative Office mission is to enable process automation, transparency, standardization, timeliness and accuracy in a highly controlled workflow environment.

Your expertise

• ideally 3-5+ years professional experience in busines analyst roles of increasing responsibility or equivalent
• Ex-consultant in the financial industry space or experience in wealth management.
• Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Project management and product development experience; can manage deadlines and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication/writing skills in-person and in writing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
