Your role

Can you identify key strategies to develop and grow sales? Do you have a proven track record of developing relationships? Do you want to go the extra mile in help our Financial Advisors and Field Leaders understand our clients’ needs and business opportunities?

We’re looking for someone like you to:
• develop and distribute daily and weekly sales ideas based on market trends, product strategies, and advisor/client resources across various levels of leadership
• understand KPIs for the firm, Field Leaders and Financial Advisors in order to build sales plans that align across all segments
• identify opportunities and curate sales content related to current market trends, research, demand and internal/external solutions to provide comprehensive solutions across client segments
• deliver high-quality, regionally tailored, support to facilitate client acquisition and retention
• prepare sales materials, including presentations, campaign content, and product updates
• coordinate Advisor/Field Leader meetings and attend, as needed
• identify and pursue new opportunities by advisor/client profiling, lead identification, and follow-up activity
• ongoing partnership with internal strategy and analytics teams to identify campaign/focus criteria
• interact with third party partners, organizing and delivering sales support, thought leaders, and actionable ideas

Your team

You’ll be working part of the National Sales team in Weehawken, NJ. This team acts as trusted advisor to our Field Leaders and Financial Advisors. We will drive our priorities by mobilizing around critical partners to leverage resources, thought leadership, best practices and key resources.

Your expertise

• proven track record of sales success across one or multiple product areas
• ability to act as a generalist across products, services and segments
• self-motivated and passionate about the end-user, with solid presentation skills
• proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative personality
• strong planner focused on organization and details, with no problem delivering against tight deadlines
• ability to seamlessly drive sales through traditional methods with an ability to learn new technologies and work streams
• ability to articulate the wealth management business and internal field structure
• deep understanding of various financial products and markets with the ability to articulate their valuations
