We’re looking for someone like this to work within the regional Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) team supporting Quality Assurance role for Bluesheets reporting to regulators.
• Quality Assurance activities – Performing Completeness, Accuracy and Timeliness 'CAT' and Direct control testing for Bluesheets reporting to regulators within the determined timeframes and per the sampling guidelines. Ensure testing observations and results are recorded and presented to stakeholders as needed.
•Issue Management – Ensure observations noted during testing are thoroughly and appropriately reviewed and issues raised, as needed. This includes full understanding of the impact, population affected and root cause.
•Governance activities – Ensuring framework documentation is maintained and adhered to. Ensure process level documentation is maintained and reviewed timely.
Project Management activities – Assisting with end to end support around RTR initiatives including conducting initial impact analysis, tracking for deliverables and following up with management and RTR staff.

Your expertise
• A degree in any discipline will be considered, but preferably in Finance / Economics / Business Management
• inquisitive with analytical and risk-aware mindset
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• team-oriented, while able to complete tasks independently
• securities background would be advantageous
• knowledge of investment bank products, trade life cycle, and trade booking models will be a strong advantage
• experience in operational risk and control / operations / blue sheets/audit in the financial services industry
• escalation awareness
• innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problems
