We are looking for an Investment Bank Operations Client Service Specialist to:
•Provide exceptional service for Investment Bank equity clients, specifically Commission Management Clients “CSA”.
•Support all CSA related client & business requests, acting as a point of contact with supporting internal areas including: Accounts Payable, Onboarding, Vendor Management, Investment Bank trading desks.
•Work with external vendors that clients request to be paid to obtain onboarding information, invoices, bank details and ensure their services are permissible
•Collaborate as part of a senior team and contribute ideas for improvements to our in house built Commission Management system.
•Work to identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the client experience and reduce risk.

Your team

You will be part of investment bank operations, specifically working in the Commission Management team. You will be working in Nashville and will be supporting the equities business in a client facing role. We manage Client Commission Agreements (CCA) that enable clients to access third party research paid via commissions. We also manage the inbound research revenue process. We are a global business with locations in the US, UK and APAC. The CCA product helps to protect and increase our execution revenues by allowing clients to consolidate execution among top brokers while allowing clients to continue to access research from other brokers. Our clients include many of the most important to the investment bank. As part of an experienced collaborative team you will learn all aspects of the Commission Mgmt. business and interact with clients, onboarding, vendors, accounts payable, various IB desks. We operate as a single point of contact for all aspects of this business for the clients.

Your expertise

Your Expertise
• Client facing experience in finance sector preferred, ideally 1-5 years.
• Experience with excel and automation tools like Alteryx or basic VBA skills a plus.
• Proven ability to operate reliably independently and also as part of a team.
• Strong risk management mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage processes involving multiple areas.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in finance related field a plus.
