Your role
Are you a confident decision maker and problem solver? Do you have experience working in an office of financial professionals? Do you enjoy helping people? We’re looking for someone like you that can:
– Be a Trade and Processing Specialist on the Operations Team of the UBS Wealth Advice Center, which focuses on the emerging affluent and core affluent client’s segments at UBS. Our office consists of 60+ Client Service Associates (CSAs) and 250+ Financial Advisors (FAs) who serve ~300,000 clients with aggregate assets of nearly ~$18bn.
– Ensure the timely and accurate processing of transactions and events including booking, validation, filing, archiving and handling of queries.
– Perform administrative tasks such as opening mail, imaging client paperwork, and assigning work to a variety of service teams for follow up
– Manage client communication channels, including email inboxes and fax servers
– Process cashiering functions like depositing client checks and stock certificates
– Ensure reliability and integrity of financial and operational books and records
– Support our Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates by providing know-how and expertise on various products and operational processes

Your team
You’ll be part of the Branch Operations team and working with Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates within the Wealth Advice Center. You will play a critical role in providing a high level of service to both clients and Financial Advisors.
Your expertise
You have:
– An undergraduate degree
– Previous financial services experience, preferrable with a back office Operations team
– SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses preferred
You are:
– an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
– detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
– able to process high volumes of work efficiently
