We're looking for a Product Manager with these qualities who can:

• As a Director-level Product Owner, you will jointly own delivery success and quarterly business review goals with Crew Leads, ensuring alignment with UBS’s strategic priorities and client promise
• Provide strategic leadership across the full product lifecycle, championing agile delivery and continuous improvement across Crews and Pods.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Technology Leads, and Business Sponsors to ensure backlog prioritization reflects enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define high-level epics in line with our roadmap, apply new and innovative approaches and solutions with our technology partners, and define the data footprint that supports our Deposit and Payments users now and in the future with focus on PowerBI reporting and other end user reporting tools.
• Synthesize business and technical goals into workable functional proposals to support a prioritized, agile road map including traceability of deliverables
• Work with Scrum Master, Dev Leads, and Product Managers to prioritize and allocate work across the team members to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with multiple Crews and Pods in an agile delivery environment, including Money Movement, Deposits, Operations and Client Platforms.

Your team

You will serve as a senior leader within the Deposit Products & Platforms Crew, guiding product strategy and execution across foundational banking capabilities. To better serve Financial Advisors and clients in North America, UBS aims to modernize the Banking capabilities of UBS Bank USA, and deliver a more holistic, full-service banking offering to our clients. UBS will digitize the core Banking systems to be faster, more effective, and more efficient in delivering lending and cash management offerings with a focus on key segments. UBS will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with digitally led and high touch capabilities and further align to the UBS client promise –personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services. You will partner with Crew Leads to define quarterly OKRs and ensure delivery against business outcomes.

You’ll be joining the Deposit Products & Platforms Crew, Banking Foundations team in Weehawken, NJ, Raleigh, NC, or Nashville, TN. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.

Your expertise

• a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• experience as a senior Product Owner or Director-level Product Manager responsible for enterprise transformation initiatives
• experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide initiatives
• ability to define and measure product success metrics aligned to strategic business goals
• experience mentoring junior product owners and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• ability to manage end to end projects throughout agile methodology including requirements and use case documentation, story writing and the SDLC.
• experience in using agile tooling such as Jira or Gitlab
• ability to demonstrate positive initiative and leadership
• understanding of Banking products and services including Core Banking, Payments and Operations
• experience in Data & Analytics, API development and Orchestration.
• experience with digital strategies and modern cloud platforms
• strong Microsoft Office skills
• ability to gather, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources to gain consensus on proposed process change/transformation
• strong project organization skills and attention to detail
• proven problem solving as well as decision making skills
• excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences
