This is an exciting time to join UBS and grow the Agile CoE. You are responsible for the maturity and continuous improvement of the Agile@UBS ways of working. Ensure that all Agile work is managed and governed in a consistent, transparent, and disciplined manner with a focus on high quality execution and management reporting. The Agile CoE Manager will manage the success of the Agile events improvements, Agile/Flow reporting, remove impediments, manage risk and dependencies management, drive capacity management structure, and governance. You'll enjoy having capacity to flex between the strategic and the tactical. You will be responsible for data driven results within the Agile CoE while building relationships with Stream, pods, divisions, and central team across the UBS global bank. You will lead by influence and will provide mentorship, change management, user adoption, and govern the Agile standards.

Your Role
• Develop, implement, and optimize standardized processes, procedures in the Agile CoE including capacity management solution, and continuous improvements
• Govern, monitor, and analyze Agile reporting and flow metrics. Identify areas of opportunities, challenges and optimization. Tracking and alignment of Agile minimum standards, capacity reporting, scorecard, and flow metrics
• Drive capacity management requirements, process and workflows, planning, and delivery. Measure success and influence cultural shift through motivation, leadership, and utilization
• Provide change management training materials, support, and guidance at the stream, pods and crews levels. This includes Agile CoE capacity management, QBR’s, and tools enhancements
• Demonstrate creative and independent thinking to develop, build and roll out Agile based initiatives that are aligned with central standards that are dependent on internal tools, resources, and support
• Proactively remove blockers, mitigate risks effectively while increasing productivity and throughput
• Process champion that excels at analyzing Agile@UBS playbooks, identifies opportunities for improvement to streamline operations and boost delivery productivity workflows
• Infuse and integrate capacity management capabilities into our Agile events, and current reporting tools (Gitlab, BluePrint)
• Partner with Agile CoE guild and locally promote Agile@UBS reporting adoption, governing delivery flow metrics, throughput, and capacity/demand
• Mature the Agile ways of working through Agile CoE guild. Collaborate with peers across the bank to enhance Agile services offered, while ensuring training/mentoring is applied across streams/crews
• Role based training enhancements for Scrum Masters and Product Owners/ Managers that includes responsibilities of backlog management, prioritization, balance of business and tech needs
• Manage Agile CoE single source communication channels, transparency, and documentation

You'll be working in the Agile CoE team in US. We are responsible for WMA (Wealth Management Americas) client facing technology application teams. This role entails working with teams in US, Poland, Hungary and India. You will play an important role of ensuring scalable development methodology is followed across multiple teams and participate in strategy discussions with business, and technology strategy discussions with architects. • Utilize reporting tools like Agile reporting, flow metrics reports to govern, and analyze opportunities to improve ways-of-working, delivery throughput, streamline delivery processes, and reduce waste
• Facilitate change management best practices including training, workshops, and tracking of user adoption of Agile principles, tools, reporting, and reporting metrics
• Maintain, manage, and govern the unified model of Agile@UBS in GOTO WMA IT Division. Spans all delivery streams, pods, and crews. Close alignment and collaboration with central Agile CoE guild
• Positive with the ability to network, build relationships with stakeholders across the global bank, and can influence, guide, and empower teams
• Independent, autonomous with a curiosity to strengthen your craft, learn new tools, and sharing techniques across community
Your Experience
• Direct experience in PMO or Agile CoE team as an Agile solutions data driven Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Initiative Manager, PMO tooling and/or equivalent roles
• Proven track record of success building medium to large scale org. solutions in an Agile CoE, Agile transformation, Agile events, reporting tools, and training in financial services, banking, preferred
• Lead by influence, drive consensus, and motivate diverse global teams.
• Training and/ or certifications in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean with special interest in role based training like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Kanban Flow manager etc.
