Responsibilities:
•Work with our Investment Bankers, internal stakeholders including Legal, Credit, Finance, Onboarding, and our Payments team to service new and existing primary syndicated/bi-lateral corporate loans where UBS is Administrative Agent.
•Perform the relationship management support role with the Borrower to coordinate activity including interest/principal payments and answer any questions.
•Work directly with our vendor and offshore teams to provide ongoing support and lifecycle management of a diverse portfolio of often complex Agency loans and letters of credit.
•Ensure all transactions are executed accurately and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing operational risk. Provide comprehensive calculations related to interest accruals, fees, and other financial aspects of the loan.
•Interpret the underlying legal documents to ensure the deal and its respective members are managed in compliance with the terms.
•Respond promptly to inquiries from internal business partners and external clients.
•Lead and contribute to system and process enhancements and industry initiatives.

•UBS AG is looking for a syndicated/direct lending corporate loan Deal Administrator to join our Global Loan Services (GLS) team.
•GLS is responsible for the front-to-back operational lifecycle management of our portfolio of corporate loans. The role focuses on managing the operational aspects of syndicated loans, which involve multiple lenders providing financing to a single borrower. The specialist ensures the smooth functioning of these loans throughout their lifecycle, from initial funding to maturity or payoff, with a key focus on Agency functions.

Your expertise

-Client centric and able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the firm.
-Familiar with LSTA terms and Primary/Secondary corporate trading recordation.
-Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy.
-Excellent interpersonal / customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
-Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure as needed.
-Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
-Risk oriented and proactive with strong organizational skills.
-Interested in digitalization and have an affinity with technology.
-Technical aptitude with a drive to make processes more efficient and controls more robust through optimization and new technology (i.e., automation).
-Understand of Operation, Financial and Market Risk.
