Your role

We’re looking for a team member in our Global Markets Financial Resource Management (FRM) team to:
• provide oversight for the Global Markets financial resources (RWA, Balance sheet, Liquidity, Funding Costs)
• optimize the business capital and liquidity costs in relation to regulations across multiple jurisdictions and internal requirements
• provide transparency, insight and advice to desk and business heads across the Global Markets business and US regional management
• develop an in-depth understanding of the US regional structure, stress testing elements and capital requirements
• partner with Treasury in managing local entity liquidity and other relevant resource targets

• New York: the salary range for this role is $110000 to $135000

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Markets FRM team in New York. We manage and optimize Financial Resources and Capital costs for the Global Markets Business within the Investment Bank. In this role, you’ll work with the business (trading desks) and play an important role in driving economic profitability for the business.

Your expertise

• undergraduate/Master degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Engineering or related field
• Strong interest and good understanding of Equities and Fixed Income markets as well as experience with derivative financial instruments
• strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to multi-task and lead projects
• strong communication skills, both oral and written
• intellectually curious with the determination to investigate, challenge and find solutions
• ideally 3+ years experience working in trading, structuring or bank treasury related or similar roles
• ideally prior experiences in regulatory capital (e.g. Risk Weighted Assets “RWA”) and/or liquidity and funding concepts
• experience with data analytics, coding and/or AI are a positive
