Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker?

We’re looking for a Branch Office Administrator to:

• support the branch by covering the desk, greeting clients, and handling branch phone calls
• support the branch management team administratively including invoicing, supplies, and records management
• assist with incoming and outgoing mail and checks
• support Financial Advisors with daily tasks including new account opening, client requests, and account management
• coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities

Your team

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll play an important role in being the first person clients see when entering the branch. You’ll also play an important role in assisting the financial advisors in providing exceptional client service.
