Your role
Are you great at building relationships at all levels and locations? Do you have proven experience of managing sales strategies?
We’re looking for a divisional sales manager to:
• drive business growth, key performance indicators and the key pillars of our “Guide to Growth” across the division
• assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, new product launches and key initiatives
• align and prioritize sales activities and divisional resources around companywide initiatives and the needs of the field
• partner with divisional consultants and sales desks to deliver our best to the field
• build relationships and create an effective bridge between branch managers and the home office, providing a continuous feedback loop
• help drive retention efforts of financial advisors, including developing a structured coaching program and establishing a process to help identify and achieve their growth and productivity needs

Your team
You’ll be working as part of Southeast Region Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You'll be responsible for building relationships with financial advisors and field management, positioning yourself as a key facilitator of business growth. You'll keep your finger on the pulse of the field, communicating market opportunities and driving our efforts on growth programs.
Your expertise
• ideally 3 years of experience in a leading financial institution, focused on field leadership and financial advisors
• strong knowledge of markets and wealth management products
• series 7, 66 and willing to get 9/10 within 6 months of your start date
• able to proactively drive sales and business development
• great communication skills and proven relationship builder and manager
• willing to collaborate and grow with your peers, sharing sales best practices and successes to bring everyone to the next level (you thrive on a team)
