UBS Securities LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Global Markets - Corporate Derivatives - Trader in New York, NY.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Global Markets - Corporate Derivatives - Trader to:
• Use financial quantitative methods and analysis to support with the back to front of the daily business, run P&L reports, and optimize processes.
• Monitor markets for trading and hedging opportunities.
• Functionally manage trading, execution, operational, and compliance risk.
• Partner with banking, sales, and structuring teams to combine existing capabilities to build clients solutions.
• Interact with the quant teams in developing new pricing models.
• Implement risk management and decision making tools.
• Comply with regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits, and compliance policies.

Salary & Work Schedule: $160,000 to $200,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Corporate Equity Derivatives Trader, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Python; options pricing theory and practice; financial markets,
• equity derivatives; structuring and pricing investment solutions,
• call spreads hedging convertible bonds; collars and variable prepaid forwards; accelerated share repurchase programs; structured buybacks,
• product development and pricing; modelling; legal documentation drafting; transaction execution.
