We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
• Develop, deliver and support a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap for the UBS Wealth Management Americas ACE Client Inquiry products (applications providing comprehensive views of Client positions, balances, activity, etc.)
• Work with wide ranging product teams and stakeholders across Wealth Management Americas (Financial Advisor teams, support professionals, business stakeholders, technology support teams) to understand, analyze and strategically address needs and product pain points
• Manage relationships across product areas on delivery, enhancements, stability, costs, user set up, integration points, etc.
• Manage, deliver and track product requirements and tasks from initialization to collaboration with designers and engineers, and ensuring successful implementation
• Work closely with technology partners to understand technology issues, processes and solutions
• Participate in release management efforts within the team, and coordinate release details with the broader program/organization
• Ensure users have a high-quality product experience by performing user acceptance testing (UAT), managing defects, and facilitating timely resolution of production issues
• Conduct comprehensive reviews, analyses and executive readouts of ACE Client Inquiry usage, spend, etc.
• Collaborate with other key product owners on integration points for enhancements, streamlining of processes/costs, and user benefits

The Field and Operational Platforms team is responsible for implementing transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors and their teams, support professionals, and clients. You’ll be joining the Advisor Enablement team in Weehawken, NJ working directly with the Product Owner of ACE Client Inquiry.
Your expertise
• ideally 4+ years of experience financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong and proven project management skills and experience
• Ability to manage ambiguity, and identify and drive action on solving tactical and strategic challenges
• Experience leading and delivering both short term and long term projects and initiatives
• Highly motivated, independent leader with a strong work ethic
• Excellent analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving, and issues-resolution skills with the
• Ability to effectively communicate in business and technical contexts, and to senior stakeholders
