Your role

Do you enjoy helping Financial Advisors implement investment strategies? Do you enjoy working across multiple business groups to deliver new products and services? We are looking for someone who can:
• Serve as associate program manager for the Portfolio Management Program (PMP) to address operational issues, strategic & tactical initiatives, field inquiries and sales/marketing support
• Build strategic partnerships across Advisory, deepening your expertise in a wide range of platforms and product offerings.
• Assist with management of weekly, monthly, and quarterly tactical tasks to supplement the program’s risk and surveillance framework
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders —including Legal, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, Communications, and Advisory Solutions—to drive program enhancements and platform evolution
• Leverage the Blackrock Aladdin tool to assist FAs with portfolio construction, risk analysis, proposal generation and CIO aligned investment opportunities.
• Address program related questions related to strategy applications, benchmarking, guideline adherence, performance composites, and security eligibility.
• Assist with onboarding new recruits including participation in program related training forums
• Perform ad-hoc requests that include data aggregation, analysis and reporting

Your team

You’ll join the Advisory Solutions team—a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to supporting the Portfolio Management Program (PMP), our flagship Rep-as-Portfolio Manager platform. In this role, you’ll serve as associate program manager for PMP program, our largest advisory business. You’ll engage directly with Field Leaders, Financial Advisors, and senior management, handling field inquiries, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and performing ad-hoc business management tasks, all while making a tangible impact on the delivery and evolution of our investment solutions.

Your expertise

• Ideally 3+ years of experience in Wealth Management; product or platform management experience preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65 combination), or the ability to obtain required licenses within an agreed timeframe.
• Deep understanding of advisory or managed accounts, with prior experience in portfolio management, trading, research, or asset allocation.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data mining and analytical abilities.
• Prefer advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization, Power Query, and VBA/macros.
• Prefer advanced PowerPoint skills, including custom templates, dynamic charts, data-driven presentations, and effective visual storytelling.
• SQL experience is a plus.
