Your role
• Receive and process physical stock certificates deposited - verifying the accuracy of stock certificates, negotiability and validate status with transfer agents.
• Preparing documentation and submit to agents/depots related to securities transactions - DAMP Deposit, Legend Removal, Transfer, Corporate Actions, Foreign and Domestic Settlements (NSCC/SWIFT) and delivery to branches.
• Follow up with agent/local/foreign depositories - on aged transfers for status and eta.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
• Review daily reports for accuracy, research and adjust stock record breaks.
• Review and respond to branches inquiry in a timely manner.

Your team
The Physical Processing team manages the receipt and delivery of physical certificate and bond certificates in either client name or nominee name registrations, including physical settlement processing. The team also submit certificates to transfer agents or foreign depot for various Corporate Action events, transfer, and deposits. Follow up with agents for status and process payments to client account.
Your expertise
• Experience in financial services with knowledge in brokerage operations functions like trading, settlements, and corporate actions, 5 years
• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail are crucial for accurate processing and record-keeping.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with branches, counterparties, and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to resolve discrepancies and issues related to stock record breaks and account conditions.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with relevant teams to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
