• serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and positive relationships
• respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, providing information on financial products, services, and account-related activities
• assist clients with account setup, transfers, and other administrative tasks

Your team

Our team is part of the UBS International Division, covering Brazil as market coverage. The team is committed to delivering personalized service and strategic guidance to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate.

Your expertise

• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• fully registered with appropriate licensing and regulatory authorities
• previous experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
• excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• proficiency in using financial software and tools
• knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
• ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
