• Support the Service Now discovery toolset in the product catalog

• perform discovery configuration

• maintain the automation of the scanning process

• analyze discovery results and take corresponding actions

• manage vendor and internally built application patterns

• provide reports and KPIs

Your team

You’ll be working in the TIDRS Integration Engineering team in Pune. Our role is to manage the strategy and development of the processes, data, and tools that are used to support the configuration and discovery of the central IT inventory. The discovered data is used to enrich the data of the central IT Inventory and configuration management database (CMDB). As a system specialist, you'll play an important role in providing critical source data for a variety of business processes across the firms system management, inventory and operational functions

Your expertise

Essential

• University degree in computer science, electronic engineering or similar experience.

• Proven experience as a software support/engineer using scripting toolsets.

• Good understanding of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) principles.

• At least 3 years’ experience as an engineer in large and complex application development projects.

• Good written and spoken communication in English language.

• Ability to efficiently communicate within virtual teams as well as with internal customers.

Desired

• Demonstrable experience of implemented infrastructure automation.

• Certified Rhel or Windows Engineer


Nice to Have

• E2E testing knowledge

• JIRA/GitLab knowledge

• Good communication skills

• Highly motivated to successfully complete tasks
