We’re looking for a USD IR options trader to:

• Market make in USD interest rate options and structured rates exotics
• Keep on top of market developments and trading opportunities
• Facilitate client inquiries and flows by risk recycling across the client base in OTC and listed markets
• Follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies
• Manage trading, execution, operational and compliance risk, amongst others
• • Work closely with sales and other trading teams to generate revenue and grow client business

Your team

You’ll be joining a growing IR options franchise, specifically working in the trading team in New York. We trade a range of IR options products across the volatility trading and structured product space, and provide advice, solutions and execution in a flexible way. This benefits our corporate, institutional and wealth management clients. As an IR options trader, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients identify and access the products and liquidity they need.

Your expertise

• Ideally more than 3 years’ worth of risk management experience
• Know-how to price and trade own book of linear and non-linear interest rate derivative products
• Macro analysis and modelling skills, with an ability to communicate trading ideas clearly
• Good communication skills and team player
