• Support Global Banking’s Coverage and Advisory groups by working in partnership and collaboratively with the business to drive initiatives forward.
• Manipulate large volumes of Dealogic data to analyze trends and benchmark the business.
• Utilize Dealogic and other data to prepare board level presentation materials conveying business strategy and performance.
• Help improve data integrity across the Global Banking organization
• Perform day to day tracking, coordination and prioritization of the business requests and deliverables.
• Effectively liaise with various teams across geographies to deliver analysis and management information.
• Support strategic planning process and other performance updates through detailed analysis and understanding of our financials including revenues, costs and capital metrics.
• Synthesize multiple points of information, provide insights and make recommendations to leaders.
• Support projects that improve business or process efficiency and effectiveness.

The Americas IB COO team is a strategic business aligned team, designed to drive top-priority business objectives and high performance. The team is based in New York and San Francisco.

In this role, you will work in close partnership with Global Banking leadership and play an important role in many facets of the broader business which may include developing, implementing, and overseeing short-term goals, while evaluating and adapting our long-term growth trajectory. You will gain exposure across Coverage & Advisory groups, ensuring excellence and consistency in execution through reporting and delivery of organizational goals.

Your expertise

• Good understanding of financial markets and investment banking products.
• Experience working within financial markets, corporate strategy, financial consulting, or client-facing teams.
• Strong data analysis skills, with a visual creativity, to produce accurate, informative, business reviews or strategic reporting.
• Excellent excel and powerpoint skills.
• Experience working with Dealogic data
• Experience presenting complex topics to varied audiences, including senior leadership.
• Implement and continuously drive business, client and human capital strategy, and initiatives.
• Lead work streams and contribute to projects that deliver front office efficiencies.
• Ability to partner with other groups across regions, divisions, businesses, teams, and seniority.
