We’re looking for a change specialist to:

•work closely with IB COO and Business stakeholders on their change initiatives to determine appropriate approval pathways and advise on how to mobilise
•partner with 1LOD and 2LOD SMEs working towards approving business proposals, helping to ensure risks from these initiatives are identified holistically and effectively managed
•support senior stakeholders with IB New Business portfolio intelligence and insights from data
•work with Americas regional functions (incl. CUSO Governance, Regulatory relations) and NBE colleagues in other divisions regionally to support reporting requirements as well as requests for information / insights from regional management and local regulators
•take responsibility for delivering change initiatives within IB NBE and the broader Business Enablement team (alongside colleagues from IB Booking Models), using data- and intelligence- driven approaches to propose new ideas

• New York: the salary range for this role is $150000 to $187500

Your team

You will be working in the IB NBE team and based in the United States. The team is part of the Investment Bank COO organization and operates globally across the IB and in collaboration with other business divisions. IB NBE is focused on enabling business growth in a manner that is compliant with the firmwide New Business Enablement policy and other relevant standards, to ensure new business activities can be developed and implemented quickly, collaboratively and in a controlled way

Your expertise

•experience in the IB COO, IB Operations or an IB-aligned Group Function
•knowledge in managing / developing change frameworks including practical experience delivering change initiatives
•ability to creatively identify/analyse problems, propose relevant and innovative solutions and challenge the status-quo
•knowledge of processes including front-to-back operating models for some of the IB businesses
•able to build networks across functions, divisions and locations
•someone with a “can-do” approach, able to handle pressure and manage competing priorities
•skilled in both oral and written communication, able to adapt style to audience and convey clear, accurate and concise messages
