Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a driven and diverse team with over 700 people present in 4 regions across the globe. Part of the Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Our focus is on delivering high-quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. We offer our consultants a diverse portfolio of projects, providing them with the chance to work across the firm. Your expertise

• a University degree, higher education, or equivalent qualifications
• ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in project, strategy, change, or business management roles1
• initial experience solving business problems and liaising with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
• analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
• familiarity with key operating model aspects and processes of financial institutions, coupled with hands-on experience in executing optimization projects
• good banking process and product knowledge in Wealth Management
• strong written communication and presentation skills as well as experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different hierarchy levels
