Your team
Integrated Client Lifecycle Services (ICLS) is responsible for the Client Experience of UBS Clients conducting business within Global Markets. The Account Management Lead is responsible for a dedicated team of Account Managers supporting varying product segments within Global Markets. This role is responsible for the overall interaction with our clients ensuring the health of the relationship and driving strategic enhancement in the relationship across various products. In addition, the role will be responsible for setting regional strategy, executing global strategy, internal stakeholder management as well as managing the day-to-day client service organization.
Your expertise
The candidate will act as the product lead for our Futures and Global Markets coverage teams as well as acting as a senior relationship manager to our clients. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships internally and externally, improving efficiency and managing overall client experience for key clients. Key to the role will be the candidate's ability to partner across a wide variety of internal teams to deliver on behalf of the client. The candidate should have a good understanding of all Equity and ETD products, excellent communication skills, be solution-oriented, strategic in nature and have approx. 8-10 years of previous experience in the financial services industry.
This candidate will report into the Regional Head of Client Service and work in partnership with the rest of the ICLS Organization.
Your role
• Managing the relationship and transactional oversight of high complex clients (banks, institutional clients, family offices, hedge funds & asset managers for Prime Brokerage Products.
• With the senior coverage team, set-up client visits to identify client needs and strengthen the relationship.
• Monitor all client related tasks (assignment/exercises, exchange notifications, breaks, margin calls) and ensure that the processes are highly efficient.
• Act as a point of Cross Product escalation for the client coordinating remediation and responses where appropriate.
• Work with the client to develop a strategic roadmap of product, process and technology deliverables.
• Keep stakeholders and management informed on relevant client related information (stats, client news, etc.).
• Prepare client analysis showing client specific performance vs KPI (Revenues, traded volumes, exceptions, stp rates, etc.).
Your Experience
You have:
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Prior client management experience and demonstrated client service competencies.
• Equity and Derivative knowledge, as well as familiarity with Prime Brokerage is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with margining, corporate action, risk management, cash and collateral management, foreign exchange.
