Your role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to:
• Lead reporting for the Regional team to assess revenue and cost trends, current and future inflows / outflows, and product-specific growth or areas of opportunity
• Support regional real estate strategy and broader business planning; assist with P&L management and controllable cost initiatives to ensure financial discipline while prioritizing growth.
• Partner with field leaders, management teams, and internal consultants to identify growth opportunities, driving client acquisition and advisor retention through targeted events and STAAT/AI tools.
• Plan internal recognition programs, external client event planning/logistics and allocation, oversee diversity & inclusion initiatives, and design sales campaigns and banking promos that advance the Firm’s strategic objectives.
• Translate key business initiatives into clear communications, presentations, business reviews, and resources that align with strategy, mobilize the field, and deliver measurable results (powerpoints, talking points, report summaries)
• Establish a regular communication cadence with AMEs, MDs, MEs to share best practices, foster peer collaboration, and increase awareness of new products and solutions.
• Support ad-hoc tasks: assist with prospect non-solicit requests, manage Advisor hire/terms tracker, create Wealth X reports, etc.

Your team
You’ll be working on the Southeast Region team in Philadelphia, PA. Our Regional Team is responsible for all Business Management functions in the branch office locations across the region (including sales, finance, HR, admin, and supervisory). We work closely with leadership teams and Client Solution Center partners to drive firm strategy, grow our business, and improve services for our Advisors and clients. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play an important role in serving as the glue between the Field and Senior Leadership.
Your expertise
• ideally 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry
• project management or strategy experience and strong organizational skills
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience
• inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• ideally a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance
