Are you ready to advise leading private equity clients and drive strategic outcomes across capital markets and M&A?
We’re looking for someone like this to:
•cultivate and sustain strong relationships with private equity clients by offering strategic insights and market intelligence
•support the origination and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions involving private equity clients
•lead key workstreams across capital markets and M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and the preparation of client deliverables
•guide and manage teams of junior bankers and cross-functional partners such as legal, accounting, and consulting professionals
•contribute innovative ideas and creative strategies to enhance client coverage and drive business growth
•deliver confident and effective presentations to both internal stakeholders and external clients
•partner with global colleagues to ensure seamless execution of client transactions
•exercise sound judgment in all decisions, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance

• San Francisco: the salary range for this role is $275000 to $275000

Your team
You’ll be working in the Financial Sponsors Group in San Francisco / Menlo Park. The Financial Sponsors Group consists of professionals located in Menlo Park, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, London, Hong Kong and around the globe. We provide advisory services to private equity clients to facilitate capital markets and M&A transactions involving their portfolio companies or new investments. We advise clients across all industries and geographies.
Your expertise
•currently a Vice President / Director / Executive Director at an investment bank. At least 5+ years of investment banking experience
•experience in originating and executing public and private capital markets and M&A transactions
•ability to work effectively with private equity clients
•strong understanding of leverage finance
•strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses
•demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams
•undergraduate degree required
