Your role
Are you a curious self-starter with a keen focus on attention to details? Do you have a genuine interest for the Private Equity industry? We’re looking for an analyst to join our growing PE Secondaries & Co-Investments team:
• conduct diligence and deal selection of Co-investments, GP and LP led secondary Private Equity opportunities
• ability to support the deal investment processes, including material production & presentation
• build and use financial models, third party reports, to evaluate historical information and generate projections
• convert industry insights into comprehensive investment recommendations and risk assessments
• be a key contributor to the production of memorandums and recommendations of investment to the Investment Committee
• support portfolio monitoring, reporting and fundraising efforts

Your team
You’ll be working in the UGA Private Equity, PE Co-Investments & Secondaries team in London. We are responsible for the sourcing, selection & diligence of direct investment opportunities for our dedicated funds and pools of capital. You’ll play an important role in the origination, review / selection of investments and the monitoring of our portfolio companies. This is an exiting fast paced and growing team with direct access to best-in-class managers in the industry.
Your expertise
• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking / advisory or a PE investment role
• bachelor’s/master’s degree, ideally with a post-graduate qualification but not mandatory
• thinker, curious, self-starter, with a keen focus on attention to details and genuine interest for the PE industry
• adept at articulating analytical views on and off paper, in a concise and confident manner
• proficient MS Office skills Excel, PPT and LBO modelling proficiency
• collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
• fluency in a second language will be appreciated
