Your role
We are seeking a results-driven, highly-motivated Electronic Options Sales Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, along with an understanding of electronic trading platforms and U.S. listed equity options. As a key member of our sales trading team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with hedge fund and institutional clients globally, promoting our options algorithmic and DMA trading offering, and driving revenue growth.
We’re looking for someone like that who can:
• develop client relationships, providing clients with execution consultancy, transaction cost analysis, market structure expertise and deep product knowledge to help them navigate our options execution offering
• effectively manage and monitor client options orders to identify issues affecting client orders and mitigate risk
• follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, limits and guidelines
• partner with other teams across the firm like high touch options, electronic equities, electronic futures and prime brokerage to leverage client relationships and cross-sell the firm’s platforms

You’ll be working in the Electronic Options Trading team in New York. The role of our team is to provide institutional clients with superior electronic execution capabilities, state of the art technology and unparalleled access to quality liquidity to help them achieve their execution objectives effectively. Our team is collaborative and entrepreneurial, and we are self-starters. We provide proactive insights and expertise to clients to help them source liquidity and leverage our electronic trading expertise.
Your expertise
• bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• proven track record of success in electronic trading sales or coverage, or a related role within the financial services industry.
• strong understanding of electronic trading platforms, order routing protocols, and market connectivity.
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
• highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• willingness to accommodate some domestic and international travel.
• proficiency in Bloomberg.
• series 7, 57 and 63 licenses.
