We’re looking for an FX Options Product Manager to:
• Liaise with senior business stakeholders, sales, trading and clients to develop and implement the roadmap to our FX Derivatives product
• Build business cases by identifying target markets and appropriate products and assessing revenue potential. Continue to monitor revenue and return on investment throughout the product lifecycle
• Understand client needs, drive adoption of the tools you develop and present product strategy to senior stakeholders
• Partner with Technology and other Logistics functions to successfully deliver business initiatives
• Coordinate the launch of new offerings, including internal approvals and controls, pilot client phasing and marketing through to final launch
• Incorporate our Agile practices on a day-to-day basis (retrospectives, backlog refinement, OKRs, sprints, stand-ups)

The role reports into the Head of FX Product, part of the Risk and Principal Flow Trading Stream.
• Your immediate team is comprised of Product Managers, Quants, Quant Devs, Data Scientists and IT working on the cutting edge of Financial Markets.
• Your team is responsible for setting and delivering the product and technology strategy for FX Options Trading

Your expertise

• Strong, practically based FX Options business knowledge
• Ideally 5-10 years of experience of Product Management within the financial sector using Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and previous experience driving and delivering initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups
• Able to manage deadlines, and resolve prioritization conflicts by building consensus across various stakeholder groups and partner teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Inquisitive, mature, and able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
