Your role

Are you interested in understanding Millennials’ behavior, including their investment preferences, saving habits, and spending patterns, and how and when the Rising Gen engages in all aspects of their financial lives? Are you able to collaborate with field leaders and Financial Advisors to share segment strategy and resources and drive engagement and success? We are looking for someone like you to:

• lead our Rising Gen client segment focused on delivering the latest financial education and solutions to the target client focus (~18-35 years old)
• develop and execute innovative marketing and content strategies that resonate with the next generation of existing clients and new prospects, aligning with the firm’s broader goals in client engagement and education
• partner closely with Advisors and their teams to deliver actionable insights, tools, and campaigns that drive business development and deepen relationships with emerging client segments
• execute and evolve the current business plan and identify new opportunities to best serve clients and position UBS in the marketplace
• develop timely financial content in compelling formats and partner with internal teams to publish and distribute across online channels and continuously track, measure impact and report on results of content created
• identify new client/prospect experiences and programs to help our financial advisors attract, retain and deepen client relationships

Your team

You will be working with our GWM US National Sales team. This team acts as trusted advisor to our Field Leaders and Financial Advisors. We will drive our priorities by mobilizing around critical partners to leverage resources, thought leadership, best practices and key resources.

Your expertise

• broad understanding of wealth management including insight into Financial Advisors’ business models and client needs/accounts
• strong writing skills and ability to produce content on an ongoing basis as well as oversee critical projects and manage the full project cycle from start to finish
• experience developing event content and executing online and in-person business building client experiences/programs
• ability to develop presentations, executive summaries and more for senior-level reporting
• deep interest in partnering with Financial Advisors and collaborating with our broader National Sales distribution team
• commitment to doing things the right way as a team, with a priority of treating people well
• Series 7 & 66
• Bachelor’s Degree and ideally, 3+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing strategy, digital marketing, social media, content creation and project management roles for financial services
• Microsoft Office 365 experience
