The Banking Operations Senior Analyst – Metrics and Reporting will be tasked with designing, managing, and refining the critical metrics that drive informed decision-making, both for internal management purposes and for meeting external regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of data analytics and operational strategy, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and actionable reporting that supports the bank’s commitment to excellence, compliance, and operational resilience.
The Banking Operations Senior Analyst will lead the development and ongoing management of a comprehensive framework for metrics and reporting associated with payment and deposit activities. This includes determining which operational metrics most effectively serve as management tools, and which are required for regulatory reporting purposes. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining robust controls over the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all reported data. They will collaborate cross-functionally with technology, compliance, risk, and product teams to ensure that data sources are reliable and reporting standards align with both business objectives and regulatory expectations.
Timely delivery is a hallmark of this role. The Banking Operations Senior Analyst will oversee the regular production and distribution of reports, dashboards, and analytical packs, ensuring that stakeholders—from senior management to regulators—have the insights needed to monitor performance, manage risk, and identify improvement opportunities. The role also covers the meticulous preparation of management information for periodic forums, executive committees, and key governance bodies, ensuring that all reports are delivered within agreed timelines and with attention to detail.
The Banking Operations Senior Analyst will manage the creation and delivery of presentations that distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. This includes preparing materials for regular management forums, executive committee meetings, and other governance bodies. The candidate must be adept at storytelling through data—translating operational details into strategic narratives that drive engagement, understanding, and action.

You will be part of the Banking Operations Team within the Global Wealth Management in the Weehawken Office.
Your expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience required.
Proven experience in banking operations, metrics design, and regulatory reporting, preferably within payments and deposit functions.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data management, business intelligence tools, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor presentations and reports for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality, accurate reporting under tight deadlines.
Experience with governance, committee coordination, or project management in a regulated financial services environment.
