We are looking for a Client Experience Specialist for our Wealth Management USA Client Experience Organization to:
• Champion the needs of the field, driving end-to-end engagement and policy improvements that simplify how we do business.
• Lead special projects and ad-hoc initiatives focused on enhancing the client experience for Financial Advisors and their teams, collaborating closely with internal partners and field management.
• Work with Home Office teams to proactively resolve client service issues, manage escalations efficiently, and ensure transparent, timely communication across stakeholders—providing insight and leadership on key trends and challenges.
• Operate the Field Feedback Hub “OneVoice”, the dedicated channel for GWM US to collect, review, and prioritize field feedback. Ensure ideas and concerns from the field are connected to the right teams and influence prioritization within WMA COO.

Your team

• You'll be working in the Wealth Management USA Client Experience organization, who are focused on making it easier for our clients, financial advisors, and their teams to do business so that they can prioritize high value interactions

Your expertise

• Ideally 5 + years of experience in the financial industry and preferably internally within UBS and UBS Wealth Management
• Have an ownership, relationship building mindset and the ability to proactively navigate the organization across field leadership teams and home office stakeholders to deliver pragmatic solutions and drive an exceptional service culture.
• Excellent communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills with ability to be bridge and improve engagement across field and home office leadership teams.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize accordingly and have exemplary problem-solving skills and desire to elevate the client experience for our Financial Advisors and their teams.
• Experience working with Financial Advisors and field leadership and knowledge of Wealth Management, policies, procedures and operational processes
