We’re looking for an Associate Director, Tech Engineer to:
• Provide end user support for Access Requests, Recertifications, Identity and Access Management Automation platforms.
• Participate in operational testing of enhancements and new features of AG&O platforms in UAT environment. Support and execute PROD releases of AG&O applications.
• Triage with internal/external teams, always focusing on the best approach for the bank. Managing knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository.
• Coordinate with different internal teams and/or external parties to conduct and manage special events such as BCP tests, infrastructure change weekends, data Centre maintenance, special event days.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (Any), Information Technology, or a related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience as an IT Operations Support Specialist, Infrastructure Support Analyst or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• (1) Service Now; (2) MS Azure; (3) MS SQL; (4) PowerShell; (5) ITIL Fundamentals; (6) Site Reliability Engineering; (7) Windows Server Administration; (8) Cyber and IT Security; (9) Identity and Access Management; (10) IAM Recertification principles; (11) User Acceptance Testing; (12) Audit Compliance and Evidencing.
